Often, a person can feel unhappy with the way life is going, and lose sight of the fact that rather than being a victim there are ways to control the stress of life, whether that stress is related to an unhappy relationship or an unsatisfactory job, lack of confidence or general work/life balance.

Hi!  My name is Gill Peek and I'm a practitioner in CBT, NLP and TFT.

Wow (I hear you cry!) - that's a heck of a lot of TLAs (Three Letter Acronyms!) that don't really tell anyone anything, so let me try to clarify....
These initials represent various ways for me to help you to help yourself. 

Here's how I can help you: I can provide you the opportunity and support to discover what exactly it is that is causing your present discomfort and then to explore and come up with an easily manageable plan of action based on what you want to achieve, the direction you want your life to take and the best way of getting there.

We would approach this on two levels: Firstly Cognitively - this would look at how you how you think about yourself and the world, and then Behaviourally - how you act according to the way you think.

Within these areas, you will be given all that you need to bring about the changes you desire.  Nothing is off limits and all areas of your life can be addressed. You may be looking for love, health, a new career or want to improve your confidence and self-esteem. Increased confidence will allow you to feel more resilient, empowered and fulfilled.

What do you need to bring in order to effect this change? An open mind and commitment to the process are the only criteria you must meet for you to find and bring about the success you wish. With a genuine desire for change and my support as your coach, a new lifestyle is here for the taking.
